How long does shipping take for a new board?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited options are available at checkout for those who want to hit the pavement sooner.
What is your return policy for electric skateboards?
We offer a 14-day return policy for boards in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to opened items.
Do the boards come with a warranty?
Yes, all Evolve skateboards come with a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not include wear and tear or damage from misuse or water exposure.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and financing options through Affirm, allowing you to pay for your board in monthly installments.
Are Evolve skateboards water-resistant?
Our boards are designed to handle damp surfaces, but they are not waterproof. We strongly advise against riding through puddles or in the rain to protect the electronic components.
Can I travel on a plane with my board?
Travel regulations depend on the battery size. Boards with Travel Batteries (under 100Wh) are generally permitted, but we recommend checking with your airline prior to departure.
